Built in Fano, Italy
Voxen turns a plain-language description into a working Minecraft server plugin: it writes the Java, wires the plugin.yml, compiles the project with Maven against the real server API, and hands you the .jar.
It is an independent product, built and run in Italy. This page exists so you know who is behind the code you are about to put on your server.
Voxen was created by Matteo Orazietti and is developed and operated from Fano (PU), Italy. It is a small independent project, not a venture-backed company — which is why the pricing is what it is, and why you can email a human and get an answer.
Articles published in Field Notes, the Voxen blog, are written in-house by the same people who build the generator. When a guide says how the Spigot API behaves in a specific version, it is because the compiler had to handle that version.
Writing a small server plugin is not hard — it is tedious. A Maven project, a plugin.yml, the right API artifact for the right Minecraft version, an event listener, a command, a rebuild. For a server owner who just wants a /kit command with a cooldown, that is an afternoon lost before anything runs. Voxen removes the setup, not the control: the generated source is yours, editable line by line in the browser.
Spigot, Paper and Purpur, from Minecraft 1.8.8 to 1.21.x. Support for a version means the compiler has that API artifact and the generator knows the API differences that come with it.
